strength in softness

Light beings, What might happen if we practiced sitting back into our softness? I know many of us have been taught that forceful, active, sometimes loud, perhaps even angry energy, is the only way to get things done, the only way to succeed, how we win, how we fight the fight, but maybe its not the whole story. Perhaps it has gotten some things done in the past, kept us safe in some instances, and there is still a place for rage (in fact, I think its really powerful to witness our rage), but when did we start believing that softness was weakness and force was the only way? I know there is a place for softness. I know its the other half of the story. I know we must begin to recognize more of its great value, and I know there is STRENGTH IN OUR SOFTNESS. Strength in our gentleness, our hearts, our vulnerability, our playfulness, our stillness. I know that softness can melt the armor we have put up around our hearts. What do you think about that? How does it make you feel? (id love for you to share with me or journal about how it or even the thought of it makes you feel when you lean back into it.) When we begin to find the space within us that holds that gentle frequency, we can begin to truly heal ourselves and our relationships with others. Maybe...just maybe...its the secret sauce. UPCOMING: June 3rd- sacred womxns full moon circle (we are going to do some bliss embodiment work for this one, be prepared to move/dance) June 7th- breathwork with b June 13th- the other side July 25th- summer jam session (music & movement) (not yet posted but save the date) in soft strength, lex agoddessmama
