Here we are in late summer. If we want to align with the energetics of the season, its a beautiful time to ground (here is an exercise I posted today), reflect and nourish.
We are in transition (I can certainly feel it) and if we don't spend a little time with the earth element, we might begin to feel lost, fragmented and disconnected.
Today or this weekend, get outside. Watch the sunset or the sunrise. Walk barefoot on the grass. Get in the garden. Get together with friends that nourish you. Reflect on the abundance of summer and how you want to feel as we approach fall (the most beautiful season to let it all go- more on that later).
The transition from one season to the next is also an invitation to reflect on how we want to feel going forward. So, how do you want to feel? Write it down. Share it with others. Commit to the things that you know will make you feel that way.
